A reboot is eating fruits and vegetables and drinking fresh juice. No meat, no dairy, no eggs, no no no... And I think I have lost 6 lbs so far. I just drink juice, then have a fruit salad, drink more juice, later have a veggie salad, then maybe another juice. I know this works for me because I have done it before.
Today I drank three 20 oz jars of juice. I make a batch of about 40 oz of juice, split it, drink one, save the other for later. My stomach is making noises, but I don't really feel hungry because the juice is so nourishing. I also have been drinking water and for today's juice I added about 4 oz coconut water. YUMMM
It is 8pm right now, so I will make another batch of juice, drink 24 oz tonight and save the other 24 oz for morning. This way I won't have to wake up and take the time or stress over making the juice.

I love these 24 oz jars because they don't have a "shoulder" and my hand fits in the jar, so easy to clean. I think this is the juice I made with golden beets, and other ingredients.
